At Advance Pet Yup, we are committed to delivering high-quality pet supplies and a seamless customer experience. Please review our return and refund policy to ensure you understand the eligibility and process for returning any products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Applicable Products:
Pet Toys: Must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging.
Consumable Items (e.g., food, treats): Must be unopened and in original condition.
1.2 Return Timeframe:
Pet Toys: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Consumable Items: Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
2. Return Instructions
2.1 How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact us at sales@advancepetproduct.com with the following:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly marked on the return package.
2.2 Shipping Details:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Advance Pet Yup is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Assessment:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Products not meeting the stated return criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Limitations
Advance Pet Yup reserves the right to decline returns or refunds for items that do not meet the return conditions. For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may be classified as non-returnable.
